RANFURLY WILL HOST FESTIVAL IN THE PARK AT RANFURLY RAILWAY STATION ON SATURDAY 21ST FEBRUARY 2015 .  Festival in The Park poster 2015

Entertainment will run from 12-6pm that will include the very popular band The Planz, Bella Cadets and the Celtic Sounds plus local acts. Festival in the Park will be held behind Ranfurly Railway Station.  The area has trees for shade and lends itself to a relaxing afternoon on rugs and deck chairs being entertained. The Duathlon will also be a focus of the day with festival goers being able to cheer on the competitors as they cross the finishing line. The afternoon will feature games and fun for families, wonderful food and wine, a local produce market plus the opportunity for Maniototo businesses, groups and individuals to have a stall and sell their goods. ‘Festival in the Park’ will be a great day out for locals and visitors plus provide a relaxing interlude for the Duathlon competitors.
